Teach the instructor-led performance level:
Emergency Response: strengthening cooperative efforts amoung public and private sector entities.
Job Duties:
Responsibilities include delivering 8 hour training seminars that relate to Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and critical infrastructure preparedness, protection and recovery to public and private sector participants throughout the country. This course primarily focuses on the incident command system and response phase of the emergency management cycle. This position will require extensive travel. Position reports to the Course Developer.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline related to homeland security or emergency management desired. Minimum of 10 years experience desired in a combination of the following:
- Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE), Mass Casulty Incidents (MCI), prevention and deterrence, anti-terrorism and/or counter-terrorism (2-year minimum)
- Adult Education and/or training experience (3-year minimum)
- ODP designated disciplines (Law Enforcement, Emergency Medical Service, Emergency Management, Fire Service, Hazardous Materials, Public Works, Government Administration, Public Safety Communications, Health Care, Public Health)
- All candidates must furnish official transcripts at the time of employment. Candidates should include any certifications, registrations, special certifications or licenses related to the field at time of application which may be used in lieu of education and experience requirements as established by the ICPS policies and practices. In exceptional cases, certain specialized experience may be accepted to meet the minimum experience requirement

Business Continuity Planning and Management
Job Duties:
Teach the instructorled
performance level Buisness Continuity Planning.
Responsibilities include delivering 8 hour training seminars that relate to Weapons of
Mass Destruction (WMD) and critical infrastructure preparedness, protection and
recovery to public and private sector participants throughout the country. This course
primarily focuses on the response and recovery phases of the emergency management
cycle and teaches executive level managers and small business owners how to develop
a comprehensive and effective business continuity plan.This position will require extensive travel. Position reports to the Course Developer.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline related to business continuity planning,
homeland security or emergency management desired. DRII Associate Business
Continuity Professional (ABCP), Certified Functional Continuity Professional (CFCP), or
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification desired. Minimum of 10
years experience desired in a combination of the following:
- Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE), Mass Casulty Incidents (MCI), prevention and deterrence, anti-terrorism and/or counter-terrorism (2-year minimum)
- Adult Education and/or training experience (3-year minimum)
